2. If additional terms or product requirements will be available with the relevant services. It will become part of your agreement with us.

3. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and intellectual property rights both registered and unregistered in and on our services belongs to us. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark design right or copyright owned and controlled by us except as expressly provided in the terms. Images being crowd-sourced are not owned and Tabukk does not claim ownership of it. Tabukk will here any concern raised by any user and if the concern is valid Tabukk has the right to take down the images which are the subject of the complaint.

4. You must be at least 18 years old.

5. We reserve the right to teminate the Service or your access to the Service for any reason without notice and at any time without any liability to you.

6. You should not post any vulgar, hateful or discriminatory comments.

7. You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. You agree that Tabukk is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user. Tabukk reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users. Exercise common sense and your best judgment when interacting with others, including when you submit or post Content or any personal or other information.

Additional Terms And Conditions for Hotel/Resort:
1. You may not post any nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.

2. You should not post any fraudulent information (example: Price, Photo, Description, Quantity and etc.).

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy will be indicated during the booking process and will also be sent through confimation email.

Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email are subject to a minimum of 1 night cancellation fee, unless you are notified otherwise in the confimation email.

Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum fee of 1 night or more per room unless specified in the confirmation email

Any changes to your reservations must be made through Tabukk. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early checkout, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Any problems or queries regarding your reservation will be directed to Tabukk Customer Support .

For Walk in customers, the Hotel/Resort Cancellation Policy should be followed unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email.

Crowdsourcing Images:
Images used on pages for city or town informations and local points of interests are crowdsourced hence, Tabukk management does not claim ownership of any of the images.
